Process

  1. Visual Identity. We start by developing the visual foundations of the new site. Anchored in the brand book, we create a system of foundational building blocks that will serve as the basis for the entire site. We skip the wireframing phase and move directly into high-fidelity design, enabling richer conversations and saving time.

  1. Website Design. Once the visual identity is defined, we extend it across all pages of the site, ensuring a cohesive experience throughout. We adapt the foundational elements for each page so the content fits naturally and effectively.

  1. Production. As the design for each page gets approved, our production team begins implementing it in Framer, while also creating the visual assets, animations and motion. The website build is shared progressively as it evolves so the team can review and provide input in a timely manner.

Communication

The best projects are built on strong, meaningful collaboration. To support that, we'll hold a weekly recurring meeting where we share project updates and gather first reactions and feedback.

Between weekly meetings, we'll stay connected through a dedicated Slack channel with the relevant members of the Reboot team. This space will be used for ongoing discussion, quick updates, and questions.
