Process

  1. Site Foundations. We start by developing the foundations of the new site. As the brand identity will still be evolving at the start of the project, the focus at this stage is on defining the foundational building blocks, layouts, and sections that will structure the information across the different pages.

  1. Website Design. Once the foundations are in place, we begin working on the core design elements: typography, iconography, layout, navigation, and UI visuals. Since some of these elements may evolve as the brand identity is finalized, we keep a flexible and modular approach across the system.

  1. Production. As the design for each page is approved, our production team begins implementing it in Framer while also creating the visual assets, animations, and motion. At this stage the website production overlaps with the final brand work, allowing us to apply any final updates to the site—such as color scheme, brand typefaces, or patterns.

Communication

The best projects are built on strong, meaningful collaboration. To support that, we'll hold a weekly recurring meeting where we share project updates and gather first reactions and feedback.

Between weekly meetings, we'll stay connected through a dedicated Slack channel with the relevant members of the Reboot team. This space will be used for ongoing discussion, quick updates, and questions.
